so rather than a blaaahg where i just rant and rave aimlessly about my life (fascinating though it may be) i'm working on an idea here: to chronicle my trials GROWING, organically of course, plants that i will then incorporate into healthy, scrumptious RECIPES....
At this time, mis plantitas are only just beginning their chlorophylicious lives. i am experimenting with new varieties of fruits and veggies as well as trying various methods of cultivation. I am posting pics of my first cuisine-hopefuls: ayote squash, tomates, and garlic (note the gorgeous garlic sprouts interspersed amongst the tomates for companion purposes). i am already envisioning a fantastic creamy squash soup, thai curry with squash, garlic fries!
